Doll house

It's been five months since Baby B's birthday, but we opened one of her presents just this morning: the doll house from Aunt Laura and family. We waited to open it until we thought Baby B would really enjoy it, and she sure does now!
Putting the baby's head in the toilet--fits quite well!
She had fun exploring the house and accessories this morning, but threw a tiny tantrum of frustration when she couldn't get the dolls in their chairs. Luckily she's got me to help!
Thanks again Aunt Laura!

Mom and Ben

My mom and my brother Ben are here to visit, and we are enjoying each other immensely. Baby B loves to play with Ben and he is such a sweetheart to her. Here she is watching Ben play a video game.
We have been having a lot of fun together: Botanical Gardens, Fernbank Science Museum, Stone Mountain, long walks in the gorgeous spring weather, lots of yummy restaurant visits, and just fun hanging out together.

Can't resist

This morning after Baby B woke up from her nap, I blew my hair dry and she played in my room. After a couple minutes, she went to the front room and came back with a sock, which I put on for her. She then returned with another sock, a shoe, another shoe, and then a jacket (all matching by the way). By this time, my hair was dry and I was ready for the day. Baby B, obviously feeling like she was ready to go, headed for the door and waited for me to get my act together. We didn't have plans to leave, but I couldn't resist her sweetness, so I pulled on some shoes and grabbed my keys. While I was putting my shoes on, she knelt on the carpet and started to mimic praying (she gets this from our family morning prayer before Mr. B leaves). Too much! So we said a little prayer, headed out the door, and played at the park for awhile. I love this baby!
