Ian update

Ian is just about 8 months old. He army crawls all over the house, and he's getting close to a normal crawl. He screams and babbles a lot. He loves to be around people. Whenever I take him to the care center at the gym, he practically has a seizure he's so excited. He never looks impressed when I come to pick him up, either. He loves food: hasn't turned down anything yet. This week I started using a food grinder to mash up whatever we're having for dinner. He loves it. Here are some pictures of him eating his first pancakes.
Gimme some of that juice!!
I'm getting really full.

Audrey update

Audrey is just a few weeks away from her 3rd birthday. Her biggest news is that she's completely potty trained, day and night in underwear. Just two weeks ago she was day and night in diapers, so it's been a great success.
She's a great big sister and a good helper. She's also going through a tantrum/defiant stage, which is very frustrating for me. She puts up a fight about getting dressed, eating meals, brushing teeth, getting in the carseat, etc, etc. You parents know what I'm talking about.
But she's hilarious most of the time, so we'll keep her around. She got into this position and then commanded, "Take a picture."
Then added some flair. Oh, she doesn't really like pants lately. Sorry.
Pancakes with Ian, she wanted her picture taken too.
At bath time, I left her on the toilet and came back to find this.
That's the hand towel. I guess she decided to have a spa experience.
Charming.
