Right now we're learning the letter J, and so I decided we would make strawberry jam. I've actually never made jam before, but I'd heard that freezer jam was easy. We had fun stirring and measuring together, and Audrey wrote the letter J on one jar of jam (with help of course). It takes a day to set before you freeze/refrigerate, so we will be tasting our results tomorrow!Friday, April 3, 2009
Jam starts with J

I feel like her hair has grown so much since we left! Plus, Janice and Jeramy start with J, too! Just to give her something else to think about... :) Little Ian looks like a mini Audrey sometimes, I love it!
Yum!!! We made strawberry freezer jam last week. It's my favorite! We've already eaten one jar . . .
